Don't be fooled by it. Its an expensive, glossy document - the printed version is on very up market paper, but this statement on page 10

shows it for what it is - fantasy. The developers might have the land, but as yet, this proposal hasn't even got onto the government short list of 15 -20 out of 57 proposals.
If they get onto the final 10, they would still have to win the design competition for their ideas to become fact. This gives you absolutely no idea as to what the final developement will be like - think certain Estates? (Ed)

We may need certain Estates support for our fight if the sh1t hits the fan - also there are many Villagers who come from there who may resent any remarks like this !
